  1. The problem with law enforcement in the U.S. is that the always want close a case as fast as they can so they don't work as hard on cases as they should. That's why I feel like if a person is wrongfully convicted and serves time, they should be paid a certain amount of money when they are proven innocent later on

  2. Need Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson on this case asap

  3. Wait , i don't understand about this case act what happen , please someone explain for me … 😌

  4. Should of taken 4 years and freedom, especially with parents suffering. Who cares what ppl think, even if proven innocent some will still doubt. It has me thinking now about if really is innocent.

  5. What kind of Korean is that….

  6. Lemme guess — 53% huwite?

  7. Adnan=GUILTY if Jay killed Hae and blamed it on Adnan, then he would have to be 100% sure that Adnan wouldn't have an alibi. How would he know whether or not Adnan was with other people at the time of the murder.? I think Jay was involved more than he let on, and Adnan couldn't say anything about it because he was also involved. Adnan killed Hae, Jay helped with the body, Jay promised he wouldn't say anything and then changed his mind when he thought he would be going to prison also.

  8. The state won't risk all those state employees who lie and manipulated this case. They rather bury Adnan in prison.

  9. Steven avery killed Hae. I can prove it cause that building is 100ft away….you shouldn't be able to see it due to the "curvature" of the earth if adnan did it.

  10. Sad case although my probably unpopular opinion is Adnan was tripping on drugs and accidentally killed her … jay supplied the drugs to him .. it doesn’t mean Adnan was a bad dude but just made a mistake and now has to live with it … it wasn’t Adnan that killed her because he wasn’t in the right mind set for it to have really been him if that makes sense

  11. My heart aches💔 adnan I hope you get justice…. 😢

  12. All I could think about is the kind of amazing life Hae Min Lee could of lived. But I know she is in peace. May her mother and family find peace in their hearts.

  13. Sadly, this is our Justice System. Thousands and thousands more cases have gone through this or worse. Thanks to the family friend, Robbie, she was able to get this case to the world’s attention. Which is why it’s where it is and all the attention it receives. Only thing I know of 110% is that the State’s case against Adnan was horrible and they won.

  14. I have finished the Serial Podcast and the HBO documentary in the last 3 days. I will release a statement of my theory soon…

  15. What a shame for Christen Media who blamed an innocent

  16. The Arab woman Rabia Chaundry is ridiculous. She expects people to believe that there's some mass conspiracy to convict Adnan Syed. HE'S GUILTY, get over it

  17. Jay said Adnan did it, he even helped him bury the body, he even took the Police directly to Hai,s car. Everyone wants to brush over that in favour of technicalities of paperwork. Adnan did it.

  18. This guy is Innocent!!! They need to follow up with the pervert who found her body. Justice system is all about getting ahead in politics!!

  19. she was a slut, she died and her ex-boyfriend gets blamed? wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow

  20. most appalling case of blatant miscarriage of justice.

  21. Either way Eurik
(I believe he was the prosecutor or on the team)
who is on tape lying in this case he needs to spend some time behind bars.

  22. This case and many others within America (especially in the Baltimore area) raise the question of if there truly is a "System of Justice" within the US. If this is case is an example for burden of proof which is required to have someone be convicted of a crime; and the potential that they end up spending the rest of their life in jail, or even in some cases lose their life; then that is a very scary thought. This case and the flimsy evidence, or more appropriately stated "lack of evidence" which they are using to keep this man in jail falls significantly short of that, and should make all citizens extremely concerned. And not just "concerned" in a passive manner, but should prompt the people to push for the current system to be overhauled. Now if that requires considerable protest, social disruption, or people working towards either a slow systematic grinding of the currently broken system to a halt, or something more swift and sudden, then so be it.

Now why do I say this? Because with our current system anyone who is not of the wealthy/elite, or considered to be an insider, as in part of the so called "justice system" then they are at risk of succumbing to the same fate as Adnan.

Peace, and may God guide all of those who are sincere.

  23. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that the court of appeals overturned both lower courts decision and DENIED Adnan a new trial. WTF has Amerikkka turned into?!! I'm at a loss for words and cried uncontrollably reading that update. I'm so SORRY Sayed family and everyone else who's trying to get the truth about both Adnan and Mae.

  24. The amount of unfortunate coincidences that would have had to happen in order for him to be innocent is insane. If i were a jury member, i don't think i could believe that all of these unfortunate circumstances just magically happened to him. That being said, why not just take the L and fight for reparations? No ones pride is worth rotting in jail. Thats foolish.

  25. sherlock or lucifer and decker should take this case

  26. Just finished watching, I cannot fathom how this even led to a conviction, no accurate time line or time of death, no dna results or even matches, inconsistent witness testimonies, it begged belief. Without actual physical evidence to place adnan at the scene, it's all based on here say of one man "jay", the police have shown incompetency in gathering evidence. No samples taken from car boot where her body was seen by said witness. It's just unreal. I hope adnan and his team can get an unfair trial ruling from a higher court outside maryland, because from where I'm sitting, it looks like the police, prosecution and courts simply don't want to admit gross error in this conviction and case. Justice will prevail, have faith.
